U.K.-based 1X2 Network is taking the US online casinos market by storm after signing three agreements within two months to provide real money slot games to U.S. online casino operators.

The company announced on Tuesday it has struck a major deal with BetMGM Casino, a leading sports betting and iGaming operator. The BetMGM deal follows behind recent agreements with PokerStars Casino and BetRivers Michigan. The PokerStars deal was announced on Monday while the BetRivers transaction was in April.

The direct integration with BetMGM, PokerStars, and BetRivers, means Michigan online casino players now have access to a huge selection of slot and crash games from 1X2 Network. This includes player-favorite titles including Wolf Strike, Eagle Strike, and 1 Million Megaways BC from Iron Dog Studio. Games like Reel Diamonds from 1X2gaming, and the Prospector Wilds series from Prospect Gaming are also included.

Slot players can also strap into Crashout Maverick, the first aviation-themed crash game from AD LUNAM. The portfolio of games is available at BetMGM Michigan initially, followed closely by Ontario, with further North American markets pending regulatory approval.

Company officials touched on how popular 1X2 Network’s games have become and will continue to be a favorite among slot players.

“We have ambitious plans for the North American market and what better way to build further momentum here than by partnering with one of the most prestigious operators, BetMGM,” Kevin Reid, chief executive officer at 1X2 Network, said in a press release. “Our games are proving to be hugely popular with players in the U.S. thanks to the great themes, bold design, and gripping gameplay built into each title. This includes Crashout Maverick, which has quickly become one of the top crash games in the market. This is a significant deal for 1X2 Network and really does mark our arrival as a leading content provider in the fast-growing market.”

“The partnership with 1X2 Network is a testament to our commitment to offer the broadest and best content to our players,” said Oliver Bartlett, vice president of Gaming Product & Content at BetMGM. “We look forward to seeing them fire up the reels on big action slots such as Wolf Strike and enjoying the thrills and spills of Crashout Maverick.”

Michigan Online Casino Market

iGaming, also known as online casinos, is available in seven U.S. states. In March, Rhode Island became the seventh U.S. state to allow online casinos. Bally’s Corp. is the sole iGaming operator in the Ocean State. Connecticut, New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware make up the other iGaming states.

The three deals recently executed between 1X2 Network, BetMGM, PokerStars, and BetRivers relate to Michigan. Recent monthly reports from the Michigan Gaming Control Board show the state has a thriving iGaming market.

In March, Michigan commercial and tribal operators reported a combined $257 million total internet gaming (iGaming) gross receipts and gross sports betting receipts. That’s an increase of 17.7% from February. iGaming gross receipts alone totaled $215 million, the highest to date.

As of March, a total of 15 commercial and tribal casinos have been authorized to launch iGaming and/or internet sports betting in Michigan.
